Changing the Blog Template(Theme)

    This may be silly for many, but many asked me this question “How can we change the template of my Blog ?”. So for those who don’t know how to change the template or theme here i am writing an article to Make them easily understand and do it on their own.

Experienced bloggers don’t mistake me !!!!!

Make sure you have backed up your template before installing a new one.

 

1.    

First Login to Blogspot.com with your username and password

Go to your Blogger Control Panel - Edit HTML

Then click download the current template like this…

 

this step is for back up of current template.(In case if you want back the old template)

 

3.

Copy the code (Ctrl A: Select All, Ctrl C: Copy)

To get the New code(Template), follow the steps

1) Go to  Templates .

2) choose any template and click it.

3) click  download and save it in Desktop.

4) Open the xml document in a Notepad and Copy(ctrl+a) all

Paste the code into the Template area (Ctrl A: Select All, Ctrl V: Paste)

All done!
